My delivery got lost thanks to DHL and they apologised and replaced it instantly. Fantastic service from them and great product

I've had a really good experience with Posterlounge. Bought a large 100 x 70cm photographic print for my lounge on aluminium. I was able to call beforehand and speak to the staff in Germany who were VERY helpful. Print arrived well-packed and quickly from Germany using Parcelforce so I could track my delivery. The quality of the large print was good, it survived transport perfectly, not a mark in sight.
My only comment is that the ocean on the beach print looked slightly surreal. I spoke to Posterlounge and they agreed a small partial refund which I'm happy with. I would definitely use them again, and if I could have enlarged the print a bit more online I would have seen the way the ocean looked and perhaps bought another print. So my only recommendation to Posterlounge would be to allow us to expand the print online, please.

It's the second time I'm ordering from them. Love what they got to offer, the service and they are very helpful when it comes to answering questions/e-mails. Will absolutely be ordering again from them and recommend it!

I purchased 2 Poster and when the arrived , both had a big crease down the middle of the poster. this had been done before they were posted, as the outside cardboard was perfect,
I complained to Posterlounge and sent photos of the crease .
They accepted my complaint and sent new ones

Absolutely love my prints. Ordered 4 framed prints of various styles. Although the delivery was a total mess the problem lay with Parcelforce and Posterlounge Team have been amazing, helping with tracking the items and informing me each step of the way who has them and how to get them. I didn't want to give less than 5 stars as the shambles of delivery was not their fault. I can highly recommend the company, they have a great product and are very professional and helpful.

The NO bullsxxx client service - as a regular customer I was sorry to see my latest purchase damaged by the transportation. One mail to customer service and less than a week later a new poster was at my doorstep. Thats understanding your business promise.

The quality of the 150x50 poster was great!… very clear with no loss of definition.

Large format (120+ cm) canvas prints with alloy frames delivered on time and in perfect condition.
The print quality is great and the "wooden" effect of the alloy frames, as well as the whole assembly are really good quality.
Deliveries to Denmark come from Germany (as said before, no problems).

Love my canvas prints. Brilliant quality and arrived spot on time. Would def buy from here again!
